Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sour cream, room temperature
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    5 large, tart apples
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Peel and cut apples in thick slices and arrange in overlapping rows in pie shell.
    Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg and cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.
    Spoon over apples and spread with sour cream. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake 20 to 25 minutes or until apples are tender.
