Microwave Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. dry cocoa
    1/4 c. instant chocolate drink mix
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 2-quart bowl on High for 1 minute or until melted.
    Add sugar. Cool. Add eggs and vanilla.
    Pour all dry ingredients into sugar mixture and blend in. Add nuts, if desired. Pour into a 9-inch glass cake pan. Cook on High for 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes, turning 3 times. Cool before cutting.
    Makes 1 dozen.
