Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. cubed apples
1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
3 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. raisins
1 c. nuts

Preparation

Mix this batter by hand.
Grease and flour 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour and 15 minutes.
