Ingredients

1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. apple cider vinegar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped pecans
8-inch pie crust

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake for 45 to 50 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
