Sour Cream Noodles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. fine noodles
1 stick butter or margarine
1 lb. carton cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream with chives
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook noodles in boiling water for 7 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
Melt butter and mix with noodles.
Mix sour cream and cottage cheese together.
Add to noodles and mix well. Put in baking dish and sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
