Salami - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. water
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. mustard seed
2 Tbsp. Liquid Smoke
3 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
1 Tbsp. pepperoni
Preparation

Blend all together.
Make into 12 to 14-inch roll.
Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Punch holes in bottom of foil. Place on broiler rack with pan under half full of water.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 90 minutes.
