Potatoes Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 green chopped onions
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; cool, peel and cube.
    Combine butter and grated cheese; cook until cheese melts.
    Combine potatoes, cheese mixture, sour cream, green onions, salt and pepper.
    Put in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
