Sweet Sour Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. spareribs
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    2/3 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper
    1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown ribs on both sides.
    Drain fat.
    Combine all remaining ingredients, except salt and pepper, in saucepan.
    Cook over medium heat until glossy.
    Stir constantly.
    Put ribs in small roaster and pour sauce over the top.
    Salt and pepper.
    Cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
