Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope dried onion soup (Lipton's)
    1 chopped onion
    3 cloves garlic, chopped or pressed
    2 c. red wine
    2 c. water
    1 large bay leaf, crushed
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. basil
Preparation
    Place piece of beef in pot; add mushroom soup, envelope of dried onion soup, chopped onion, chopped or pressed garlic, 2 cups red wine and 2 cups of water.
    Add the crushed bay leaf, thyme and basil.
    Cover and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until tender (about 3 1/2 hours or so).
