Chicken Lo Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
1 jar (12 oz.) teriyaki baste and glaze sauce
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen mixed broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts and red pepper
1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen Chinese pea pods
6 c. hot cooked Chinese egg noodles or linguine
Preparation

Heat oil in wok or 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink in center; drain.
Stir in sauce and mixed vegetables.
Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Stir in pea pods. Serve over noodles.
Yields 6 servings.
