Roast Beef Au Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. beef roast
    1 c. onions, diced
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    1/4 c. oil
    1 qt. tomatoes or juice
    1/4 c. molasses or brown sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Roast beef as desired.
    Cool or refrigerate.
    Slice thin, removing all fat and gristle.
    Save juice for sauce.
