Holiday Ham Souffle(Serves 6 To 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices white bread, crusts removed
    6 slices American cheese
    6 slices ham (thin)
    dab of mustard over all
    1 (6 to 8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix eggs and milk.
    Layer a 9 x 13-inch glass casserole with 6 slices of bread, then top with cheese, ham, mustard and Cheddar cheese.
    Top with the other 6 slices and pour the egg/milk mixture over all.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake for one hour at 350\u00b0.
    If desired, you can brown 1 cup of corn flakes in butter and sprinkle over the casserole after 45 minutes, returning to the oven for another 15 minutes.
