Homestyle Tuna Or Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

2 pie crusts
1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna or chicken
1 pkg. frozen peas and carrots
1/2 onion, chopped fine
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of potato or cream of mushroom soup
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning or thyme
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Line greased, 9-inch pan with crust and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour filling in pan. Top with second crust.
Seal and crimp edges. Slit top crust to vent and bake 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields about 6 servings.
