Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. cocoa (optional)
    1 c. jam
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix all
    and
    bake
    in
    two
    floured layer pans at 350\u00b0 until center when pricked with toothpick comes out clean.
    Use your favorite icing, caramel or white is delicious.
