Pina Coladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can unsweetened pineapple chunks (undrained)
    1 large banana, sliced
    15 ice cubes
    1 c. low-fat milk or soy milk
    1/2 c. pineapple-orange banana juice
    1/2 tsp. rum extract
    1/2 tsp. coconut extract
    1 c. low-fat milk or soy milk
    2 Tbsp. low-fat cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. 100% raspberry preserves
    1/2 tsp. lime juice
    frozen raspberries (to decorate)
Preparation
    Blend all the ingredients together until the cottage cheese is smooth.
    Taste and add more lime juice, if required.
    Serve in a chilled glass and decorate with a few frozen raspberries.
