Cauliflower Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. fresh cauliflower flowerets
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. frozen or fresh snow peas
    1 sweet red pepper, cut into strips
    1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Arrange cauliflower in a steamer basket.
    Place over hot water. Cover and steam 8 minutes; drain and set aside.
    Cook onion and garlic in olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, until tender.
    Add cauliflower, snow peas and remaining ingredients.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until heated. Yields 4 (1-cup) servings.
