Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 potatoes, peeled
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. chopped green onions and tops
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    butter
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes.
    Add smashed garlic, onions, cream cheese and sour cream.
    Beat until smooth.
    Put into large casserole and swirl top like meringue.
    Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and chill until ready to use.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes, uncovered.
