Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can Italian tomatoes
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 or 4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. basil
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Cook onion and garlic in oil until tender.
    Add tomatoes and seasoning; simmer until very thick (1 hour or more).
    Makes enough sauce for 4 servings of pasta.
