Father Roger'S Pork Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    double crust pie shell
    1 lb. unseasoned pork sausage
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    desired seasonings
    1/4 lb. crushed saltines
    sprinkle of cinnamon
Preparation
    Meat filling:
    Brown meats and onion.
    Add seasonings after draining grease (reserve grease).
    Cool.
    Add cracker crumbs.
    If mixture is dry, add some or all of reserved grease.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, add top crust, seal edges and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
