Chicken Fried Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 lb. cube steak
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Set aside.
    Dip steak in milk, then flour mixture, pressing to coat each side thoroughly. Pan-fry in oil 5 minutes per side.
    Serve with gravy.
    Makes 6 servings.
