1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped peppers
1 c. cut up cheese
1 c. corn, drained
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
