1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation

Soak meat
overnight
(18
to 24 hours).
Start oven at 180\u00b0 for 1
hour,
then set oven at 140\u00b0 for 7 hours.
Best to use belly
meat
(thin).
Hang on top of oven rack (use toothpick). Use something to hold oven door open, just a crack, to let moisture
escape.
Check
last
hour
or
so
to keep from overdrying.
