Carolyn'S Pork Chops In Applesauce Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 pork chops
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 1/2 c. applesauce
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    After they are browned, put into baking dish.
    Pour off fat and add rest of 5 ingredients to browned bits in skillet.
    Blend thoroughly and cook until thickened.
    Add applesauce and lemon juice.
    Mix well and pour over meat.
    Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 400\u00b0 uncovered. Delicious!
