B.P.O.E. #38 "Italian Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken parts of choice
    garlic cloves to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Skin chicken; place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with 1/2-inch of oil.
    Lay several cloves of garlic in pan.
    Season chicken. Cover tightly with foil.
    Place in oven (350\u00b0) until done.
    When removed from oven, leave foil for approximately 1/2 hour. Serve.
