Mini Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pastry for 2 crust pie
    1 onion, sliced
    2 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. light cream or evaporated milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Lightly grease muffin cups with butter or cooking spray. Roll pastry dough out to 1/16-inch thickness.
    Cut six circles 5 1/2 to 6-inches in diameter.
    Line each cup with a circle of dough, being careful not to stretch dough.
    Trim and flute edges. Prick sides and bottom of each with a fork. Put in oven and bake on 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
