Baked Stuffed Potatoes(Mihshi Batata) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. potatoes
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. pine nuts
    1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. each: pepper and cinnamon
    2 c. oil (for browning)
    2 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Peel and wash the potatoes.
    Make a hole on one side of the potato and scoop out the pulp, leaving a shell 1 cm. thick.
    Brown the potatoes lightly in hot oil; set aside.
    Saute the pine nuts in Crisco until golden brown; remove from the pan and add the meat and onions to the saucepan, adding salt, pepper and cinnamon.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Add the pine nuts to the meat and stuff the potatoes completely with the meat mixture.
    Arrange the potatoes in an ovenproof dish.
    Add water, 1 teaspoon salt and lemon juice.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve hot with rice.
