Sopaipillas(Fried Puffs) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk or water
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together; add beaten eggs, butter and milk and as much flour as it will absorb.
    Knead as for tortillas, only make balls the size of walnuts.
    Press thin or roll with rolling pin as thinly as possible.
    Fry on both sides in deep fat until a delicate golden brown.
