Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/3 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. boiling water
melted butter or margarine
1/2 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
1 lb. chicken breasts
2 Tbsp. pimento
Preparation

Place all ingredients except chicken, butter, salt and pepper in baking dish or pan.
Dip chicken in melted butter, salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and bake in moderate oven (375\u00b0) for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
