Caramelized Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. vegetable oil
    2 c. diced Granny Smith apples
    1/2 c. apple juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet, medium heat.
    Add apples and cook.
    Stir until golden, about 8 to 12 minutes.
    Stir in cider, lemon juice and cinnamon and bring to a boil.
    Makes 2 cups.
    Good with pancakes, waffles or with a main dish.
