Ingredients
    4 lb. boneless beef roast
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. white or black pepper
    2 c. milk
    1 c. water
    4 eggs
    2 c. cooking oil
    3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Cut steaks from
