Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. whole kernel corn, drained
1 c. cream-style corn
1 small sour cream
2 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, melted
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix everything together and put in a buttered casserole dish (9 x 13-inches). You can add cheese on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
