Cauliflower Pepperidge Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen cauliflower (can use broccoli)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 c. Pepperidge seasoned stuffing mix
    2 3/4 Tbsp. butter
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower or broccoli as directed on package.
    Make white sauce of 1 tablespoon butter, flour and milk.
    Place vegetables and white sauce in buttered casserole.
    Melt 2 3/4 tablespoons butter with water and blend with stuffing mix.
    Place on top of vegetables.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
