Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can creamed corn
1 stick margarine, melted
1 c. sour cream
1 can kernel corn, drained
1 box Jiffy or Martha White corn muffin mix
2 beaten eggs
Preparation

Using a glass 9 x 13-inch dish, melt the butter in the microwave.
After the butter has melted, mix all the ingredients in the same dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
