Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. beet juice or water
3 c. beets, cubed or sliced
Preparation

Boil all ingredients except beets for 5 minutes.
Toss fished sauce with beets.
Serve warm or cold.
