Chili-Cheese Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow cornmeal
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. sour cream
    2 large eggs
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. diced processed cheese (6 oz.)
    1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 9-inch square pan.
    Combine cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl.
    Combine sour cream, eggs and vegetable oil in medium bowl.
    Stir well.
    Add cornmeal mixture, cheese, corn and chilies.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Cool 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Serve warm.
    Serves 8.
