Artichoke Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. artichokes, drained and cut into pieces
    1 medium onion
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 large eggs
    1/2 pt. heavy cream
    salt and pepper
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    10-inch pie crust
Preparation
    Saute onions in butter until clear; beat eggs with heavy cream.
    Add ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Great with a salad.
