Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. macaroni
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    3 c. milk
    4 c. (1 lb.) shredded Cheddar sharp cheese
    1/2 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions, drain.
    In medium saucepan melt butter or margarine.
    Stir in flour, salt, pepper, onion and mustard.
    Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese. Stir until melted.
    Combine cheese sauce and macaroni, mix well. Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
