Burgundy Beef Cubes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. stew beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. red wine
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in ovenproof pan; cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
