Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. milk or 1 Tbsp. cream
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
Preparation

In a large bowl, measure all ingredients.
With mixer on low speed, beat until blended, scraping bowl with rubber spatula. Shape dough in ball; wrap in plastic and refrigerate 2 hours or until dough is firm enough to handle (or freeze for 40 minutes). Take out of refrigerator and cut into 1/4-inch slices and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
