Potato Soup With Variety - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes (large dice)
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 small stalks celery, chopped
    1 turnip, diced
    1 stalk fresh broccoli (florets only)
    4 or 5 tsp. (or cubes) chicken bouillon
    dash of pepper
    dash of salt
    1/2 c. instant potatoes (add last)
Preparation
    Add all ingredients except instant potatoes in pot. Cover with water 1 to 2-inches over vegetables. Boil for 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add instant potatoes, 1/2 cup or more, to thicken.
