Refrigerated Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/3 c. warm water
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
4 1/4 to 4 3/4 c. unbleached flour, divided in half
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
3 eggs, at room temperature
oil
melted butter
Preparation

Oil bowl.
Mix yeast and water.
Melt butter and milk together.
Cool to lukewarm.
Mix 1/2 of the flour into the yeast, water, butter and milk.
Use electric mixer.
Use dough hook when you add the second half of flour (not really necessary however). Place in oiled bowl and cover with Saran Wrap.
Refrigerate overnight.
Let rise 1 hour after making into rolls.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
Brush with butter.
