Swiss Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 5 medium to large potatoes
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Boil with bouillon in water until tender.
    Layer with butter and Swiss cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 until hot.
