Mom'S Beef Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. beef brisket
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 onion, sliced
    Spices: Lawry's salt, Accent, salt, pepper, garlic salt and paprika
Preparation
    Allow 1/2 pound of brisket per person.
    Sprinkle generously with liquid smoke, tenderizer, salt and pepper.
    Let stand 2 hours or overnight.
    Place on foil and sprinkle both sides liberally with celery salt, paprika, nutmeg, garlic salt, onion salt and brown sugar.
    Wrap tightly in foil.
    Bake 2 hours at 300\u00b0.
    Loosen foil slightly and bake 6 hours at 200\u00b0.
