Zucchini With Cheese - cooking recipe

1 1/2 lb. zucchini
1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. olive or salad oil
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
Wash zucchini well; cut crosswise into 1/4-inch slices. Combine flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon oregano and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Toss zucchini in mixture.
Slowly heat oil in large skillet.
Saute zucchini until golden brown, about 4 minutes on each side.
Drain.
