Sauerkraut Topping For Brats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. sauerkraut
1 qt. white vinegar
3 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 lb. finely chopped onion
Preparation

Drain sauerkraut very, very well.
Heat sugar and vinegar to boiling point.
Place sauerkraut in large container.
Add celery and onion.
Pour vinegar mixture over sauerkraut.
Cover and refrigerate a few days before serving.
Will cover 60 to 80 Brats.
