Cottage Cheese Horns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter (Land O Lakes)
    2 lb. cottage cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix ingredients by hand.
    Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove from refrigerator and divide in half.
    Roll 1/2 mixture out like pie crust.
    Cut in triangles.
    Roll triangles up starting a big end to little end.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until light brown.
    Cool.
