Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lump crabmeat
    1/2 c. onions
    1/4 c. celery
    1/4 c. red pepper
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Slice or chop onion, celery and red pepper into fine pieces. Saut in butter until very tender.
    The proportions of vegetables is optional, the goal is about 1 1/2 cups when raw.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Take 1/2 cup proportions and shape into cakes.
    Coat cakes with crushed saltines (crush one sleeve of saltines).
    Place on a baking sheet; pour melted butter over top of each crab cake.
    Bake at 450\u00b0.
    Turn over after 10 minutes. Repeat until golden.
