Black Bean Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans black beans
    1 red pepper
    1 medium onion
    1 to 2 cloves garlic
    2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
    1 single pie crust
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and garlic.
    In a bowl, mix beans, sauteed mixture and cheese together.
    Pour in pie shell.
    Bake 1 hour at 425\u00b0.
