Oatmeal Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 onions, chopped fine
    3 c. dry quick oats
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. sage
    5 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. Vegex dissolved in 3/4 c. hot water
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together and
    fry lightly on both sides. Add 6 cups hot water,
    3
    tablespoons
    oleo, 1 tablespoon Vegex and 4 tablespoons soy
    sauce.
    Thicken
    gravy
    with
    cornstarch slightly.
    Cook on simmer about 45 minutes.
