Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. onions, finely chopped
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 c. flour
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. corn oil
Preparation
    Combine beef, eggs, milk, crumbs, onions, salt, nutmeg and mustard.
    Shape into 24 small meatballs, using about one tablespoon meat mixture for each.
    Roll in flour.
